Assured Certificate in ADHD Coaching
I'm a qualified ADHD Coach (Barrett Coaching and Training) . This training is dual accredited and quality assured, meaning you can trust the coaching methods I use are grounded in recognised best practice.

MA Drama and Movement Therapist
I hold an MA in Drama & Movement Therapy and work as a Dramatherapist in SEN schools. This training and experience grounds me as a trauma-informed practitioner, and shaped my approach as a creative therapeutic coach.

10+ Years in Special Educational Needs
I've spent over a decade working within Special Educational Needs schools, including specialist experience within an autistic hub. This hands-on experience has given me a deep, practical understanding of neurodivergent minds.

Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts
Long before coaching, I gained my BA in Performance (Musical Theatre) at the prestigious Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. It taught me how to build genuine confidence, stay adaptable, and keep showing up for the goals that matter to me. I bring all of that into the room with every client I coach.

Facilitator
Alongside my coaching, I deliver neuroinclusive and neuroaffirming training to organisations. These can involve supporting neurodivergent colleagues to thrive, making your workplace more inclusive and growing awareness / gaining support with ADHD. Recent work includes delivering training to British Youth Music Theatre, Roundabout Dramatherapy and ADHD Interrupted.
